Whether you walk or run, lace up your shoes and fly like a Falcon around this year's 5K course. The 2023 5K starts at the Alumni Gateway entrance on Thurstin Street and ends near the BGSU letters. Early 5K registrants will receive a commemorative Freddie & Frieda 5K T-shirt. Be sure to stick around after the 5K for a 100-meter Kids Dash!
