• Location: AB Williams Memorial Woods parking lot (North Chagrin Reservation, near the Nature Center)

• Time: Arrive by 7:15 AM to be ready to run by 7:30 AM

  • Participants can add on miles after completing the loop

Things to note for this Preview Run

• The Preview Run is an opportunity to get acclimated to the course; this is not meant to be a fast run.

• The course will not be marked.

• There are no aid stations at the event.

• Carry enough hydration and nutrition to complete the 10+ mile distance.

• Bathrooms will be at about the 3.75 miles and 5 mile.

• Dress for the weather
