About the Training:
We’ll kick off at Edgewater Park, with a flat, beginner-friendly course. Each week, the group will ruck together, starting at a half-mile and gradually increasing distance and elevation to prepare for a 5k.
Don’t have a ruck? No problem!
We’ll have some available to test, but supplies may be limited. Feel free to bring:
A backpack
A weighted vest
A tactical plate carrier
