🌸 Spring in the Park Women's 5K and 10K - May 2, 2026 🌸

Join us for a spectacular women's-only 5K and 10K through the breathtaking Cleveland Metroparks. As we unite in the name of fitness, our mission is to raise awareness for the powerful link between staying active and offsetting dementia and Alzheimer's Disease. All paces and abilities are welcome. Special price for 18 and under runners.

👟 Event Details: Ladies, get ready for a chip-timed run and walk on a fast and gorgeous course! Gentlemen, your support is invaluable—come cheer us on or volunteer at the finish line or water stop.

Thursday, April 30: Packet Pick Up | Details TBD

Friday, May 1: Packet Pick Up | Second Sole in Lakewood from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Saturday, May 2: South Mastick Picnic Area

7:30 AM | Day-of-race packet pick-up and registration begin in the picnic shelter.
8:00 AM | 1 Mile Walk for all ages
8:00 AM | Optional start for walkers ONLY in 10K (all 5K walkers start with 8:30 AM start).
8:30 AM | 10K & 5K race start (common start)
9:00 AM | Wine area opens (will close at 11:00 AM)
9:00 AM | Support local jewelers
- There will be two local jewelers selling jewelry. Purchase the perfect Mother's Day gift!
9:30 AM | 5K Award ceremony (est time for awards)10K awards will follow 5K Awards
10:00 AM | Participant raffle
