Big things are happening at PHYT For Function

Next month, PHYT For Function Cleveland is moving into a new home inside the Screw Factory in LAKEWOOD, creating a space built around both recovery and performance under one roof.

PHYT combines physical therapy, occupational therapy, recovery services, and fitness to help active adults continue doing what they love long term. Whether you’re training for your next race, trying to stay ahead of injuries, or simply wanting to move and feel better, the new space is designed to support every stage of the process.

Services include:

• Dry Needling + Body Work Recovery Sessions
• Sauna + Cold Plunge Recovery
• Group Fitness Classes
• Personal Training
• Running Performance + Return-to-Running Support

The goal has always been to combine hands-on care with long-term strength and fitness so people can move better, train smarter, and stay active longer.
