Spring in the Park is a women's only 5k and 10k through the beautiful Cleveland Metroparks.
While we unite in the name of fitness, our mission is to raise awareness for the link between staying active and offsetting dementia and Alzheimer's Disease.
Ladies, please join us for a chip-timed run and walk on a fast and gorgeous course!
Gentlemen, please come cheer us on or volunteer at the finish line or water stop! All paces and abilities are welcome.
The Top 5 in each distance will win prize money.

Thursday, May 2: Packet Pick Up: TBD
Friday, May 3: Packet Pick Up @ Second Sole in Lakewood from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Saturday, May 4:
07:30 a.m. - Day of race packet pick-up and registration begins in picnic shelter
08:00 a.m. - Optional start for walkers in 10K (5K walkers start with 8:30am start)
08:30 a.m. - 10K & 5K race start (common start)
10:00 a.m. (est'd) - Award ceremony
All Paces Welcome!
Participants of all abilities are welcome including walkers. The early start for the 10k is at 8:00 AM. 5k walkers will start at 8:30 AM with the full field.
